1.Become a relaxation expert. We all think we know how to relax. But chilling out in front of the TV or computer isn't true relaxation. (Depending on what you're watching or doing, it could even make you more tense.) The same is true for alcohol, drugs, or tobacco. They may seem to relieve anxiety or stress, but it's a false state of relaxation that's only temporary. What the body really needs is a relaxation technique — like deep breathing, tai chi, or yoga — that has a physical effect on the mind. For example, deep breathing helps to relax a major nerve that runs from the diaphragm to the brain, sending a message to the entire body to let go and loosen up.
2.Get enough sleep, nourishment, and exercise. Want your mind and body to feel peaceful and strong enough to handle life's ups and downs? Get the right amount of sleep for your needs — not too much or too little. Eat well: Choose fruit, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains for long-term energy (instead of the short bursts that come from too much sugar or caffeine). And exercise to send oxygen to every cell in the body so your brain and body can operate at their best.
3.Connect with others. Spend time with friends or family. Organized activities are great, but just hanging out works too. Doing things with those we feel close to deepens our bonds, allowing us to feel supported and secure. And the fun and sharing that go with it allow us to feel happier and less upset about things. If you feel worried or nervous about something, talking about it with someone who listens and cares can help you feel more understood and better able to cope. You'll be reminded that everyone has these feelings sometimes. You're not alone.
4.Connect with nature. Heading out for a walk in the park or a hike in the woods can help anyone feel peaceful and grounded. (Choose somewhere you feel safe so you can relax and enjoy your surroundings.) Walking, hiking, trail biking, or snowshoeing offer the additional benefit of exercise. Invite a friend or two — or a family member — along and enjoy feeling connected to people as well.
5.Think positive. A great way to keep our minds off the worry track is to focus our thoughts on things that are good, beautiful, and positive. Allow yourself to dream, wish, and imagine the best that could happen.

Now You Can Determine Your Skin Type
Step1. Wash your face with a skin cleanser, then rinse and pat dry.
Step2. Wait one hour.
Step3. Note whether your skin feels "tight."
Step4. Press a separate piece of tissue onto each area of your face: chin, center of cheeks, outer cheeks, center of forehead, outer forehead and nose.
Step5. Examine each tissue and look for oily residue or flaky skin residue.
Step6. Interpret the results. Oil on each tissue indicates an oily skin type, while oil on only some tissues (specifically those on the T-zone, which is the center of forehead, nose, chin and center of cheeks) indicates a combination skin type. Flaky skin residue on all tissues - without oily residue - or a tight feeling in the skin indicates a dry skin type. No oil and no flaky residue on any parts of the tissue indicates a normal skin type.
Notes;
_Pore size is another indication of skin type; small pores generally indicate dry skin, while large pores mean oily skin.
_Remember that there are many factors that affect your skin type, such as weather, emotions, hormones and stress, and this will cause your skin type to be in a constant state of fluctuation.
_"Combination skin" products that claim to serve different functions on different parts of the face are suspicious. You're better off using different products on different areas.

Avoid Acne
Step1. Keep your hands clean as much as possible. It doesn't mean you have to wash your hands every five minutes but if you do anything that gets you sweaty or dirty, wash your hands.
Step2. Do NOT touch your face or rest your hands on your face. This is the number one way you can cause acne with out even knowing it. If your tired and you want to rest your head on your hand, put your hand under your hair rather than the face.
Step3. Look at your face products and look for oil or fragrance ingredients in it. If you see a lot of oil or fragrance in your face products, than those will irritate the skin pretty harshly.
Step4. Do not lay down face first on your pillow. Pillows will collect bacteria and oil and if you put your face on it, it will transfer all that to your skin.
Step5. If you are working out, do not touch your face at any point. If you have a towel, pat your face with it rather than scratch it.
Step6. When you use a towel for any reason, always pat your face. Softly pat your face.

How to Look Taller
Step1. Select a monochromatic palette when choosing clothes. One color family from head to toe tricks the eye and brain into thinking "long and lean."
Step2. Select pieces that won't break up your body into blocks. Women, choose a long lean dress, or no-waist pants and skirts; men, opt for thin belts the same color as your trousers.
Step3. Go for well-tailored looks, princess seams and darts. A looser fit can often look wider.
Step4. Pick vertical detailing: thin stripes, visible seams, interesting buttons and contrasting ties.
Step5. Wear heels. The new square heels and stacked slides are more comfortable than stilettos ever were, so take advantage.
Step6. Great posture is an easy way to add height, or the appearance of it.
Step7. Lose weight if you're heavy. Slim will always look longer.
Notes;
_Today's simple colors and cuts are fashion-friendly for taller-wannabes. Knee-length skirts with similar-colored hose and shoes will help.
_Cuffless pants elongate the appearance.
_Hats, upswept hair, or anything that adds height will make you look taller.
_Lose the capri pants, calf-length skirts or anything that cuts your eye off at an odd or midlimb point.
_Avoid thick, wide belts or anything obviously horizontal, which will make you appear shorter.

Know How To Deal With Your hair < 4 >
Here are some common hair problems - and tips on how to deal with them.
1.Dandruff
Dandruff - or flakes of dead skin - can be noticeable in a person's hair and on clothing. No one really knows what causes dandruff, although recent studies seem to show that it may be caused by a type of fungus.
Dandruff isn't contagious or dangerous. Over-the-counter shampoos containing salicylic acid, zinc, tars, or selenium sulfide can reduce dandruff flakes. When shampooing, scrub your hair for at least 5 minutes, loosening the flakes with your fingers. Rinse your hair well after washing. If your dandruff doesn't improve, see your doctor. He or she may prescribe a prescription shampoo and possibly a lotion or liquid to rub into your scalp.
2.Hair Breakage
Hair can break when points in the hair thicken or weaken. Sometimes this happens near the scalp so a person's hair never grows very long. When hairs break at the ends, they're called "split ends," and the splits can travel up the hair shaft.
A major cause of hair breakage is improper use of chemical hair treatments, like the treatments described above. But brushing or combing hair too frequently or in the wrong way (such as using a fine-toothed comb on very thick, curly hair or teasing hair) can lead to breakage. Hair extensions and braids can also cause breakage. Leaving them in too long or pulling them out without professional help can cause hair and scalp damage or even hair loss.
Sometimes hair breakage and dry, brittle hair are signs of a medical problem, such as hypothyroidism or an eating disorder. If your hair is breaking even though you don't treat it with chemicals or other styling products, see a doctor.
3.Hair Loss (Alopecia)
It's normal for everyone to lose some hair. In fact, we lose about 100 hairs each day as old hairs fall out and are replaced with new ones. With hair loss, though, hair thins at a rate that can't be replaced. When hair falls out and isn't replaced by new hair, a person can become bald or have bald patches. Hair loss can be temporary or permanent, depending on the cause. If changing your hairstyle or other treatment doesn't help, see a doctor. He or she may prescribe a drug to slow or stop hair loss and to help hair grow.
As with the rest of our bodies, hair is healthiest when we eat right, exercise, and protect it from too much sun.

Know How To Deal With Your hair < 3 >
--Your hairstyle. Heat styling products like curling and straightening irons can dry out even oily hair if they're used too much. Follow the instructions carefully, and don't use them on wet hair or high settings, and give your hair a vacation from styling once in a while. Ask your hair stylist or dermatologist for advice on using heat styling products.
--Chemical treatments can also harm hair if they're not used properly. If you decide you want a chemical treatment to color, straighten, or curl your hair, it's best to trust the job to professionals. Stylists who are trained in applying chemicals to hair will be able to evaluate your hair type and decide which chemicals will work best for you.
Here are some things to be aware of when getting chemical treatments:
1.Relaxers. Relaxers (straighteners) work by breaking chemical bonds in curly hair. Relaxers containing lye can cause skin irritation and hair breakage. Although "no lye" relaxers may cause less irritation, both types of relaxers can cause problems if they are used in the wrong way (for example, if they're mixed incorrectly or left on the hair for too long). Scratching, brushing, or combing your hair right before a chemical relaxing treatment can increase these risks. And don't use relaxers - or any hair treatment - if your scalp is irritated.
If you decide to keep straightening your hair, you'll need to wait at least 6 weeks before your next treatment to protect your hair. Relaxers can cause hair breakage when used over a period of time, even when they're used properly. Using blow-dryers, curling or straightening irons, or color on chemically relaxed hair can also increase the risk of damage.
2.Perms. Perms take straight hair and make it curly. The risks are similar to those associated with relaxers.
3.Color. There are two types of color: permanent (which means the color stays in your hair until it grows out) and semi-permanent (the color washes out after a while). Some semi-permanent coloring treatments, like henna, are fairly safe and easy to use at home. Some people get a condition called contact dermatitis (an allergic reaction with a rash) from henna and other "natural" products, so be sure to test a small area first.
--Other color treatments - especially permanent treatments - can cause hair loss, burning, redness, and irritation. A few types of coloring treatments can cause allergic reactions in certain people, and in rare cases these can be very serious. So talk to your stylist if you are worried that you may be sensitive to the products. Also, talk to your stylist about doing a patch test before using a product. And never use hair dyes on your eyelashes or eyebrows.
Regular haircuts are one of the best ways to help keep hair healthy. Even if you have long hair or you're trying to grow your hair, a haircut can help protect the ends of your hair from splitting and damage. In fact, cutting may actually help your hair grow better because it's healthy and not breaking off.

Your activity level and interests. Do you play sports or spend a lot of time at the beach? These kinds of things can affect your hair. For example, if you're an athlete with oily hair, you may want to wash your hair after working up a sweat during practice and games. But if you're a lifeguard or a swimmer, sun and saltwater (or the chlorine in pool water) can dry your hair out, no matter what your hair type. If you're exposed to sun, wind, or other elements, you may want to use a shampoo designed for dry hair or use a conditioner. It's also a good idea to wear a hat to protect your hair when you're outdoors.

Know How To Deal With Your hair < 1 >
------Your hair type: People with dry, curly hair have different hair care needs than people with straight, fine hair. But all hair needs to be treated gently, especially when it's wet. Wet hair can stretch, making it more vulnerable to breakage or cuticle damage. That's why using a hot blow-dryer (or other heat styling products) on very wet hair can damage it.
Some people find that their hair gets oily in their teen years. That's because the hair follicles contain sebaceous glands that make sebum, which moisturizes the hair and skin. During adolescence, the sebaceous glands may become overactive, producing more oil than needed. As with acne, oily hair is usually a temporary part of puberty.

During adolescence, the sebaceous glands may become overactive, producing more oil than needed. As with acne, oily hair is usually a temporary part of puberty.
----- Many teens care for oily hair by washing it once a day - or more if they're active. As long as you treat your hair gently when it's wet, frequent washing shouldn't harm it. If you have acne, it's a good idea to keep the hair around your face clean so hair oils don't clog your pores.
If you're washing your hair every day or more, it may be better to choose a mild shampoo instead of a shampoo designed for oily hair. For some people - especially people with fine, fragile, or combination hair (hair that's oily at the crown but dry on the ends) - shampoos for oily hair can be too harsh. If you have oily hair and want to use a conditioner, choose one that's made for oily hair.
------If your hair is dry, it's a good idea to wash it less frequently. Some people only need to wash their hair once a week - and that's fine. Many people who have curly hair also have dry hair. Curly and dry hair types are usually more fragile than straight hair, so you'll need to be especially careful about using heat styling products. Shampoos made for dry hair and hair conditioners can help.

The Inhner Health is the Best For Hair
Vitamins for hair are a vital part of having thick, lustrious hair. Supplements designed specifically for hair contain necessary nutrients for optimum hair growth. While it is often thought that a hair shampoo is the best way to deliver vitamins and minerals to the hair, the reality is that hair grows from the inside out, rather than the outside in. So for anything from thinning hair to graying hair, a vitamin for hair may be the ideal solution.

Know About Waxing
Step1. Know that waxing consists of applying a warm melted wax, oil and rosin mixture over unwanted hairs. The wax is applied with a spatula over your unwanted hairs, and a strip of muslin is pressed on top of the melted wax and pulled off.
Step2. Understand that waxing must be done every six weeks.
Step3. Be sure that the unwanted hairs have grown ¼ to ½ inch above the skin, otherwise the hair is not long enough to become embedded in the wax.
Step4. Expect to have some redness and soreness at the waxing site for 2 hours.
Step5. Realize that waxing can be painful, and the application of over-the-counter topical steroids shortly before or after the procedure may help the sting and irritation.

Beat The Dry Skin
The winter months, of course, pose unique challenges and can create serious dry skin problems. Constantly switching between unnaturally dry indoor air, and the harsh cold and wind outdoors removes moisture from the skin. While creams and lotions replace some of that moisture, it is far better to take steps to prevent those losses in the first place.
Step1. Realize that the skin is a living organ, the body’s largest, not just a covering like the upholstery on your couch. General health rules regarding nutrition, proper rest and exercise all contribute to the overall health of the skin. But, there are some special that will help you avoid dry skin and stay healthy. Here are a few that are especially important during the colder months. First, keep well hydrated. This is probably easier to remember during summer, but is just as important in winter. In addition to eggnog and champagne, drink at least eight glasses of water a day. This keeps skin moisturized and flushes toxins out of your body. Next, use sun block. Although skin is less exposed in winter, ultraviolet rays can be particularly intense on clear winter days. Even when cloudy, UV rays still penetrate. If you go skiing, UV exposure is even greater. Bottom line; use a good sunscreen that blocks both types of ultraviolet radiation - UVA and UVB.
Step2. Keep out the chemicals. Your skin wasn’t designed to deal with dish soap, bleach, hair coloring and thousands of other everyday chemicals that can cause dry skin. Many common cleaners and solvents specify the wearing of gloves. Always follow such advice. Even products that don’t require gloves can still suck the oils and moisture out of the skin, leaving it dry, cracked and irritated. This even applies to antibacterial soap.
Step3. Use gentle cleansers on the face. The face is more delicate than other parts of the body and deserves special treatment.
Step4. Get rid of dead skin. Most “dry skin” is actually skin that is ready to fall off. Exfoliation, therefore, should be part of your regular routine. Use a washcloth when washing your face and then work up to something like a loofa if you can. Exfoliation helps moisturizers and other skin care products do a better job. By exfoliating before you apply moisturizer, it isn’t blocked by dead cells.

Cut Your hair As Your Personality
Step1. Take into consideration your face shape. Almost anything goes with an oval face, round faces need added height with layers or bangs and narrow faces do well with shorter cuts and bobs.
Step2. Think about what your daily prep time is, and get a cut that fits your personality and time restraints. Layers are wonderful for those who have the time to curl and primp in the morning, but something that looks good pulled back may work for those who are rushing out of the house at the last minute.
Step3. Use your lifestyle to gauge your next hair cut. For athletes, a hair cut short, and close to the head, may be your best bet. If you have a more leisurely lifestyle, you can go for longer locks.
Step4. Come up with a few words that describe you. If you feel that you are daring and exotic, get an exotic hair cut that fits your personality. A sexy fringe or a bold bob cut goes well with daring individuals. For safer individuls, keeping hair all one length and straight may be your best bet.
Step5. Take your hair's texture into consideration. Wavy or curly hair can be kept long and flowy with layers cut in to minimize body. For someone with straight hair, a bob is an easy haircut that goes with your hair's personality.

How To Apply Red Lipstick

With a variety of shades and styles perfect for any skin tone, red lipstick is a great way to enhance your everyday makeup. In fact, it's a sure-fire way to turn heads and get noticed. Perfect red lips require a little expertise, however. Follow these easy steps to apply red lipstick.
Step1. Apply a light layer of liquid foundation to your lips and allow it to dry.
Step2. Dust your lips with a translucent powder to set the foundation. The foundation and powder create a smooth surface for applying the lipstick and help keep it from fading.
Step3. Line your lips with a lip liner that best matches your chosen shade of red. Lip liner keeps the lipstick from bleeding. Smudge the liner around the edges for a natural look.
Step4. Use a professional-grade lip brush to apply the red lipstick starting at the center of you lips and moving out. A little red goes a long way. Using a brush instead of the stick delivers the perfect amount of color.
Step5. Blot the first layer of lipstick lightly with a tissue.
Step6. Apply a second layer of red lipstick again beginning in the center and working out.

Avoid Foundation Flaws

many women make the very common mistake of applying or abusing the use of foundation. Granted, it is quite simple to misuse foundation, henceforth creating a very fake “clown- like” look. Few women desire a falsified look. As women, we universally yearn for that natural look that makes people question whether or not we even wear any make-up at all. Here are a few foundation flaws to avoid in order to create a more natural look from the start.
Step1. Remember these words of wisdom- Less is Best! It is true ladies, less is always best when it comes down to make-up. Only a light application is needed for most women. One coat of foundation will suffice. If you match your complexion perfectly, or as close to perfect as possible, you will be pleased with one light coat. Double coating foundation works against your look as it appears cakey and thick.
Step2. Blend it in. Have you ever been afraid to get too close to someone because you just know that they’re foundation will rub off on you?? The way to avoid this mishap is to blend in your foundation instead of sitting it on top of your skin. Foundation looks best when it is blended in with your skin lightly. Your skin should still be visible underneath the foundation. Use a sponge foundation applicator to blend in the make-up so that you create an even undetectable make-up appearance. Do not add more foundation to your sponge. Work with what you have on your sponge, which will create a smoother look. Once you start putting more foundation onto your sponge, the more you will find yourself packing it on. After blending, your skin should look radiant and clean, not as if your face needs a good cleaning.
Step3. Don’t neglect the jaw line and neck! Okay, let’s be honest, you know you’ve seen the two-toned ladies or now that you think about it, you may be guilty of being two toned yourself! These are the ladies whose faces are perfectly packed with foundation of one tone, and the neck is totally forgotten about with a tone of it’s own. So, after blending your face, apply foundation to your neck and blend well. Again, one coat will do for the neck. Apply the same amount to your neckline and jaw line so that your complexion does not appear uneven. Other often neglected areas to give special attention to are the hairlines, earlobes, and around the eyes.
Step4. Follow up with a light powder. This will polish up your look. If you use a powder, apply it with a kabuki brush. Mineral powders or translucent powders work well on top of foundations to take away the oily look and allow your foundation to stay in place.
Step5. Check your face in a natural light source. Sometimes the lighting in your bathroom can be deceiving. Once you’ve checked it out, go and fix any areas that need attention. This always does the trick.
Step6. Request help from a professional. Many women don’t have the skills that they need to find that perfect color for their complexion. If you’re not one of the lucky ones, just take a trip to the department store to a Lancome or Clinique counter or any brand of your choice and let one of the skilled ladies do the job for you. They are experts, and chances are you won’t be sorry for requesting help. Let them do a make over for you and even show you how to apply it.

A Healthy Weight

5 Ways to Reach (and Maintain!) a Healthy Weight
Diets aren't the way to go when it comes to losing weight. That's because they create temporary eating patterns — and, therefore, temporary results. Most dieters gain back any lost weight when they go back to their old eating habits. So what's the best way to drop excess weight? Create a new normal!
Weight loss is most likely to be successful when people change their habits, replacing old, unhealthy ones with new, healthy behaviors. Here are 5 ways to make that happen:
1.Exercise. Regular physical activity burns calories and builds muscle — both of which help you look and feel good and keep weight off. Walking the family dog, cycling to school, and doing other things that increase your daily level of activity can all make a difference. If you want to burn more calories, increase the intensity of your workout and add some strength exercises to build muscle. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn, even when you aren't exercising.
2.Reduce screen time. One reason people get less exercise these days is because of an increase in "screen time" — the amount of time spent watching TV, looking at the computer, or playing video games. Limit recreational screen time to less than 2 hours per day. If you're with friends at the mall, you're getting more exercise than if you're IMing them from your room.
3.Watch out for portion distortion. Serving sizes have increased over the past 10 years, and these extra calories contribute to obesity. Another key factor in weight gain is that more people drink sugary beverages, such as sodas, juice drinks, and sports drinks. So choose smaller portions (or share restaurant portions) and go for water or low-fat milk instead of soda.
4.Eat 5 servings of fruits and veggies a day. Fruits and veggies are about more than just vitamins and minerals. They're also packed with fiber, which means they fill you up. And when you fill up on fruits and veggies, you're less likely to overeat when it comes to high-calorie foods like chips or cookies.
5.Don't skip breakfast. Breakfast kick-starts your metabolism, burning calories from the get-go and giving you energy to do more during the day. People who skip breakfast often feel so hungry that they eat more later on. So they get more calories than they would have if they ate breakfast. In fact, people who skip breakfast tend to have higher BMIs than people who eat breakfast.
Cheive Your Goal

To be beautiful. you shoud feel it insid yourself.one of the most common thing that makes One feel satisfaction that makes one happy and so be beauty is cheiving ones goal.Here.......
5 Facts About Goal Setting
These practical tips on goal setting can help make it easier to set and reach goals:
These practical tips on goal setting can help make it easier to set and reach goals:
1.Specific, realistic goals work best. When it comes to making a change, the people who succeed are those who set realistic, specific goals. "I'm going to recycle all my plastic bottles, soda cans, and magazines" is a much more doable goal than "I'm going to do more for the environment." And that makes it easier to stick with.
2.It takes time for a change to become an established habit. It will probably take a couple of months before any changes — like getting up half an hour early to exercise — become a routine part of your life. That's because your brain needs time to get used to the idea that this new thing you're doing is part of your regular routine.
3.Repeating a goal makes it stick. Say your goal out loud each morning to remind yourself of what you want and what you're working for. (Writing it down works too.) Every time you remind yourself of your goal, you're training your brain to make it happen.
4.Pleasing other people doesn't work. The key to making any change is to find the desire within yourself — you have to do it because you want it, not because a girlfriend, boyfriend, coach, parent, or someone else wants you to. It will be harder to stay on track and motivated if you're doing something out of obligation to another person.
5.Roadblocks don't mean failure. Slip-ups are actually part of the learning process as you retrain your brain into a new way of thinking. It may take a few tries to reach a goal. But that's OK — it's normal to mess up or give up a few times when trying to make a change. So remember that everyone slips up and don't beat yourself up about it. Just remind yourself to get back on
Depression

What happens in the brain when someone is Depressed?
Depression involves the brain's delicate chemistry — specifically, it involves chemicals called neurotransmitters. These chemicals help send messages between nerve cells in the brain. Certain neurotransmitters regulate mood, and if they run low, people can become depressed, anxious, and stressed. Stress also can affect the balance of neurotransmitters and lead to depression.
Sometimes, a person may experience depression without being able to point to any particular sad or stressful event. People who have a genetic predisposition to depression may be more prone to the imbalance of neurotransmitter activity that is part of depression.
Medications that doctors use to treat depression work by helping to restore the proper balance of neurotransmitters

How Tanning Happens

The sun's rays contain two types of ultraviolet radiation that reach your skin: UVA and UVB. UVB radiation burns the upper layers of skin (the epidermis), causing sunburns.
UVA radiation is what makes people tan. UVA rays penetrate to the lower layers of the epidermis, where they trigger cells called melanocytes (pronounced: mel-an-oh-sites) to produce melanin. Melanin is the brown pigment that causes tanning.
Melanin is the body's way of protecting skin from burning. Darker-skinned people tan more deeply than lighter-skinned people because their melanocytes produce more melanin. But just because a person doesn't burn does not mean that he or she is also protected against skin cancer and other problems
Your Skin In Summer

Sun and Skin..........
We all know we need to protect our skin from the sun's harmful rays. Of course, it's impossible to avoid the sun — who wants to hide indoors when it feels so great to get outside and be active? And the sun's not all bad, anyway: Sunlight helps our bodies create vitaminD. So follow these tips when you're outdoors to help manage sun exposure:
1. Wear sunscreen with a sun protection factor (SPF) of at least 15, even if it's cloudy or you don't plan on spending a lot of time outdoors. If you sweat a lot or go swimming, reapply sunscreen every 2 to 3 hours (even if the bottle says the sunscreen is waterproof).

2.Choose a sunscreen that blocks both UVA and UVB rays. Look for the words "broad spectrum protection" or UVA protection in addition to the SPF of 15 or greater. Select a sunscreen that says "nonacnegenic" or "noncomedogenic" on the label to help keep pores clear.
3.The sun's rays are strongest between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, so make sure you reapply sunscreen frequently and take breaks indoors if you can. If your shadow is longer than you are tall, then it's a safer time to be in the sun (you should still wear sunscreen, though).
4. Apply more sunscreen (with higher SPF) when you're around reflective surfaces like water, snow, or ice.
5.We all know that the sun can damage skin, but did you know it can contribute to eye problems, too? Protect your face and eyes with a hat and sunglasses that provide 100% UV protection.
6.Some medications, such as prescription acne medications or birth control pills, can increase your sensitivity to the sun, so if you're taking medication, increase your sun protection.
7.If you want the glow of a tan, try faking it with self-tanners or salon tanning treatments. Avoid tanning beds, though, because although manufacturers claim that tanning beds are free of UVB rays, they still use harmful UVA rays.

Discover Your Inner Beauty
A step toward inner beauty takes time to reflect on oneself. Analyzing the Who You Are of life and seeing yourself for the first time, as others see you. Oftentimes we are in total oblivion, or denial about the Who We Are of life, and this is where the root of negative self-projection begins. You may have found yourself not caring what others think, as you rudely cut in lines at the grocery store or frantically honk your horn as you tailgate the elderly woman on the way to work.
Whether it be anger from your past, learned behavior from your family of origin, cynical jokes that are crass and inappropriate. Whether it be the inner feeling of "I don't deserve' all the way to 'I deserve it all!' We must take time to analyze in depth, our behavior, our surroundings, our input into conversation, the aura, or spirit that we project around us.
The Beauty Is Also Inside
Your inner beauty is important too ...
....... More important than learning how to look great on the outside, with all the image tips we can muster, is beauty on the inside, whether we are male or female, young or old, single or married. Much more complex than the ABC's of looking great on the exterior, we must take a look at the mirror of our heart and soul, and capture the inner beauty in order to project the most positive image possible.
....... Looking great on the outside is simple. Merely paying attention to tried and true formulas by educating yourself in the steps necessary to look your best with hairstyles, make-up, color and clothes, balanced with the overall look of accessories and personal hygiene, are only a portion of your image.

Make Your Eyes Like Cats

_Apply your foundation, under eye concealer and powder.
_Using your black eyeliner pencil, start from the front corner of your eyelid. Draw a soft smudge line to the end of your lash line.
_Use your eyeshadow brush to apply the dark eye shadow over the top of the smudged line for a soft smoky look. Ensure that the edges are neatly blended.
_Then take the brush eyeliner and apply as close to your lashes as you can on the top lid only. _Make the line as thick and pronounced as you wish, but make sure that the line is thickest at the outer corner, and thinner as you go inward.
_Apply another smoky coat of eye shadow with the brush to blend the harsh edges.
_Subtly blend your darker eye shadow up from your lashes to your eye crease. Then apply a shimmery highlight in white or cream under the outside corner of your eyebrow.
_Use your eyebrow pencil to make your eyebrow curve more pronounced.
Curl your eyelashes, then apply thin coats of mascara, building the layers up gradually to avoid clumping.

Get Rid Of Cellulite

Cellulite occurs when the connective tissue pulls down on fat causing the fat to bulge under the skin. The less fat you have the less noticeable cellulite is. Diet and exercise play an important role in reducing the appearance of cellulite.
If you want to reduce cellulite you need to detox your body, especially your liver and colon. Lay off nicotine and caffeine, do not consume excess salt or fat and drink plenty of water. Eat foods rich in nutrients like soy, blueberries and nuts. Make sure you get the nutrients glucosamine, B vitamins and essential fatty acids. Onions are also a wonderful food to combat cellulite. Onions act as a natural diuretic releasing water buildup from skin cells.
Exercise to lose weight and tone your legs and buttocks. Do specific exercises to increase muscle mass in your thighs like walking, biking, stair climbing, yoga and pilates. The less fat and more muscle you have will make cellulite disappear. Muscle will stretch the skin and smooth out the dimpled bumpy appearance.
Finally, you can use some kinds of creams regullarly that decrease these lines.

Your Nails Language

Take a good look at your fingernails and you may notice subtle variations in the texture or color - a touch of white here, a rosy tinge there, perhaps some rippling or bumps in the surface. These imperfections may not look like much to you, but to the trained eye they can provide valuable clues about your overall health
Joshua Fox, MD, director of Advanced Dermatology and a spokesman for the American Academy of Dermatology lists the following 10 examples of nail changes that could indicate a serious medical condition.
Nail Appearance
white nails indicates:Liver diseases.such as Hepatities
Yellowish, thickened, slow-growing nails indicates : Lung diseases, such as Emphysema

Irregular red lines at the base of the nail fold indicates : Lupus or connective tissue disease
Dark lines beneath the nail indicates : Melanoma
Love Your Body

When you look in the mirror, what do you see? Do you like what you see? Women in the U.S. are under pressure to measure up to a certain social and cultural ideal of beauty, which can lead to poor body image. Women are constantly bombarded with "Barbie-like" doll images. By presenting an ideal difficult to achieve and maintain, the cosmetic and diet product industries are assured of growth and profits. It's no accident that youth is increasingly promoted, along with thinness, as an essential criterion of beauty. If not all women need to lose weight, for sure they're all aging — which is a "disaster" sure to happen — just ask any middle-age anchorwoman or model — if you can find one.
Other pressures can come from people in our lives;
_Family and friends can influence your body image with positive and negative comments.
_A doctor's health advice can be misinterpreted and affect how a woman perceives and feels about her body.

For Best Hair
Get Rid of Dandruff
There are two ways of treating dandruff:either the scales are removed as quickly as they are formed, or the formation of scales is suppressed.Shampooing is a good way to rapidly remove the scales. To be effective the washing should be thorough and frequent.Application of oils temporarily improves the appearance of a scaly scalp because the scales stick to the scalp and are less visible. But oils tend to nullify the effect of shampooing to a considerable extent and are best avoided if you are suffering from dandruff.Medicated shampoos are very popular, these contain selenium sulphide, zinc pyrithione or coaltar. These agents decrease the production of scales in addition to removing the scales.Corticosteroid applications are also very effective in reducing the production of scales and are used for severe dandruff. But the most important aspect of treating dandruff is that the medications should be used regularly till you outgrow the problem.
